Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Payment Due: Payment for services is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Refunds: Payments for services rendered are non-refundable. In the case of prepaid services, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
